Not only for a skill set perspective but also understanding the dynamic of the team currently in place. We also refuse to utilize a traditional “Tech-Recruiters” as they typically know very little about your technology projects. We prefer to screen our candidates using a proven group of subject matter experts who maintain a “hands on” roll at select client locations. This process ensures that the candidate we send you meets both your hard technical needs and fits into the team dynamic which is likely to already exist.
